Amelita is passionate about helping people who wants to improve their living condition. It is because of her rich experiences in community development that she finds real estate as an avenue in pursuing such passion. Unquestionable integrity, dedication and hard work are the qualities that Amelita’s clients seek her out. Amelita prefers her clients to call her “Bing” that make them feel at home with her. To date, Bing’s over a decade of real estate experiences with Coldwell Banker Realty, one of the best Real Estate Company not only in the State of Hawaii but also nationwide, working in a team of top producers coupled with continuing education have enriched herself with expertise that prepared her to provide/offer valuable services to her clients.

Bing was born in the Philippines and graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Master’s degree in Rural Development Management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Central Philippine University and has travelled to Five Asian countries for hands on training and learning. Bing has worked both with the private and public sectors and has received awards for her community service.

Bing is happily married to Don, who is very supportive and understanding of her real estate career. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, travelling and dreams of going to historic places that she has known only through her readings.
